Step-By-Step Registration Instructions (External Participant)
External Participant StepsOpen Portal
- 1Open the VIT Event Hub website (click the button above or visit eventhubcc.vit.ac.in).
- 2Select the event you want to participate in and click Yes / Register.
- 3Fill in your details: Name, Email ID, WhatsApp Number, College Name, and Password.
- 4Click Sign Up.
- 5Open the verification email sent to your inbox.
- 6Click the verification link (or use the verification button) to activate your account.
- 7Return to the website and log in using your registered email and password.
- 8Search for your event and open it.
- 9Click Register for the event.
- 10A confirmation message will appear indicating that your registration was successful.
